Cancellations by the Pilgrim
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) to our team. Refund eligibility depends on how far in advance the cancellation is made relative to the departure date, as hotel, permit and transport bookings are often non-refundable close to departure.

If a batch is cancelled due to insufficient group size, government restrictions, or unsafe weather/road conditions, pilgrims will be offered a full refund or the option to move to another available batch.
Non-Refundable Items
Inner Line Permit fees and any government/authority charges already paid on your behalf are non-refundable once submitted.
